About sadieruin

Sadie is an intrepid fibre-file who can be found knitting, spinning, dying, or designing knit patterns when she's not at work. Her sock pattern "Mermaid's Lagoon" can be found in the Summer '09 issue of Knitty.com. Be sure to keep up with her knitting, spinning, dyeing (and occasionally weaving) exploits here.

  1. I didn’t type my comment as I watched this time so I wouldn’t be tempted to write a friggin’ novel. 😉

  2. You seem to like several different kinds of music.

There is a Norwegian band called “Keep of Kalessin” they are a good black metalish band, they say they play epic extreme metal that are inspired by moviemusic and such. This song was entered into a big music competition here in Norway but did not make it to the big european contest unfortunately. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCDPWsBtOaI&feature=related

We also have this supercool goof-band called “HurraTorpedo” too, the play really bad coversongs, and their twist is playing on washingmachines, stoves etc. And they look hilarious! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysUjYAi0WcQ&feature=related

Another band worth to check out if you have not heard of them are “Turbonegro” Unfortunately they are not active anymore. But they played a cross between metal and punk.

    • totally diggin it, why are all the best metal bands from norway, finland and sweden, I don’t get it. And Keep of Kalessin so should have won, their fierce!
